Important Information about the Stock Market
The values of swaps are adjusted daily based on market conditions and the rates provided by our price provider, which are applicable to all open positions. Triple swaps are applied every Wednesday. The server time varies depending on the season. During winter, the time is GMT+2, while during daylight saving time in the summer, it changes to GMT+3. The transition to daylight saving time starts on the last Sunday of March and ends on the last Sunday of October.
A commission fee per lot will be applied both at the opening and closing, depending on the account type.
Calculation of margin requirements for stocks – Example:
- Base currency of the account: USD
- Position: Open 5 lots to BUY Netflix stocks at $365
- Lot size: 100 shares
- Margin requirement: 4% of the nominal value
- The theoretical value is: 5 * 100 * 365 = 182,500 USD
- The required margin is: 182,500 USD * 4% = 7,300 USD
